Oh. My. God. Can you believe this? Fruits and vegetables, especially fruits, lower your cancer risk - by double digits! And cranberry juice fights heart disease. And Vitamin C fights arthritis. I mean really! Who'd've ever thunk?
UPDATE 4/9: WHO confirms recent study - that "a higher intake of fruits and vegetables is associated with a lower risk of various types of cancer."
